Our 16 month old son loves the playhouse ... and has from the moment we started putting it together. He was sitting on the front porch as soon as it was in place. While not huge, I certainly think that the playhouse can easily accomodate 2 children. Assembly was pretty simple and took my husband about 1 1/2 hours since our son was right in the middle of the action.

Great little house

My granddaughter plays for hours making up different stories about the house. It's a fort, it's a cabin in the woods, it's a castle. Then she plays restaurant and serves us from the window. Only negative was that the delivery truck couldn't get down our street because it was so large. My husband had to meet the truck in a shopping center.

I bought this playhouse for my picky 2 year old Grandson who doesn't take readily to new toys. He liked it from the get go and plays in it everyday now. It is setup in a playroom so he can take his blanket inside the playhouse and he lays on the homes existing carpeting. He also takes his favorite toys with him.
The description should mention that there is no flooring in the playhouse--the floor will be whatever surface you choose to build the playhouse over inside or outside.
