I got this for my daughter who is 1 1/2 years old to play on in the backyard. It took her one or two times but she got the hang of it and loves it. This goes together with no tools and honestly a complete idiot could put it together. I'd just be careful about using it on hard ground because there is an opening behind the platform that the child could fall in to. Also, since this basically snaps together, the pieces can unsnap when it's moved but it's easily corrected.

I bought this slide for my 17 month old daughter. It is great, just what we needed being up in Maine and snowed in all winter. I bought it to use inside initially, wanting my daughter to get used to it before I moved it outside in the summer. The only thing that is a bit challenging would be the platform where the child climbs up onto, to then slide down. My daughter climbed up the first time and fell right back on her head b/c she didn't think that the open space behind the platform would be there. We sat her on the platform and showed her with her feet that there was "air" behind the platform and that once she climbed up, she had to keep going down the slide part. After we explained it a couple of times she was fine. Not one fall since! I would recommend not using it on carpet unless you have a lot of padding. We ended up buying colorful gym-mat type squares and it's a bit more "cushiony" as she slides off the slide.

WAS PURCHASED FOR A ONE YEAR OLD. HE USES THE SLIDE IN A NUMBER OF WAYS, I.E. AS A TRADITIONAL SLIDE; WALKS UP THE SLIDE, THEREBY BUILDING STRONG LEG MUSCLES; IT IS A SPEED HILL FOR HIS CARS AND TRUCKS; AND ROLLING A BALL DOWN THE SLIDE IS A DELIGHT THE ATTACHED LITTLE HOUSE IS WHERE HIS ANIMAL FRIENDS RESIDE; AND HE LOVES TO OPEN AND SHUT THE DOOR ON THE LITTLE HOUSE, AS WELL AS LOOKING OUT THE WINDOWS.
THIS PRODUCT IS WELL-DESIGNED AND WELL-BUILT. THERE IS NOTHING THAT IS NEGATIVE ABOUT IT.

This was purchased for our grandson, who at age 13 months wants to climb EVERYthing. This was the perfect birthday present, and he's having a lot of fun climbing and sliding in and out and over and up and down. (He loves the door, too!)
The package arrived in less than a week, just in time for the party! His parents DID add a pillow on the inside until our little one gets a little better coordinated.....Yeeha!

I bought this for my 13 mo. old granddaughter. I am a 60 y.o. grandmother that was able to put the climber together all by myself in about 15 minutes. It does help to read the directions carefully as there was one section where the arch is that didn't look like it was going to fit right. After reviewing the directions, I saw how I was suppose to make it fit, and it worked like a charm once I paid attention to a little detail. There are no tools needed, and I love that too. I love to see her learn to climb and play on and around it. My cats love it too. As with any young child, this is a toy that has to be supervised as there is some risk of falling as the child learns to climb by herself. We have the climber inside, but it would make a great backyard play toy also. I am completely happy with the choice I made [...]

My daughter was 17 months old when we bought the Kangaroo Climber. She loves climbing up the side as well as climbing on top of the green platform to slide down. She loves the door feature and is still in the process of figuring out everything she can do on the Kangaroo climber. Most play structures are designed for 2 year olds and up, this structure is a nice transisition for your little ones to play on.

We purchased this for our 16-month-old son for Christmas and it was a huge hit from the moment he saw it. He immediately opened the door and, with a little help at first, climbed up onto the platform and went down the slide. He then did this routine over...and over...and over...my husband and I were in heaven!

We were thrilled to find this product easy to assemble - everything just pops into place with ease. Shipping was super-fast, despite the holiday season, and the product arrived just as described.

I have owned this slide for 3 years. My son loves it and uses it all the time. We keep ours indoors. It's the perfect size because even if a small toddler falls off of it, they aren't going to get hurt. This is actually the 2nd one I have purchased, which is for my niece and nephew. I highly recommend this toy. It is durable. It still looks brand new!

This is great for my 16 month old who is big for his age and loves to climb, the platform is only 18" off the ground unlike the little tykes which were all too tall for him. He can open the door, crawl through the holes, and climb up the slide, we are quite please with this toy. We'll be bringing it inside to our bonus room as soon as it gets too cold ot play outside. Also it's easy to move around so you won't kill your grass.
