Pros:
Durable
Cons:
Cumbersome, Heavy and Hard to Steer
Best Uses:
Infants, Toddlers
Describe Yourself:

No, I would not recommend this to a friend

The stroller is very heavy and bulky to lift in and out of the car. Hard to steer with both children in the stroller. Would not recommend this stroller at all.

Stroller
By A satisfied mother of two under twoVerified Purchaser from Cincinnati, OH on 7/14/2008
Pros:
Easy to Set Up, Versatility
Cons:
Seat Sturdyness, Steering Agility
Best Uses:
Infants, Toddlers, Two Different Ages
Describe Yourself:
Parent of Two or More Children
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

We like this product because you can turn the front seat around to face the rear one. This allows the two kids to interact. The stroller can be a bit difficult to steer and the back seat isn't terribly sturdy. Also the seat belt on the back seat doesn't seem to be very big. We have tried a couple different double strollers and we do really like this one despite the few annoyances. It is also pretty easy to fold down.

A great choice
By Oma on the goVerified Purchaser from Clarkston, MI on 6/25/2008
Pros:
Durable, Easily Stowed, Easy to Set Up, Very functional
Cons:
Visors not large enough
Best Uses:
2 year old and infant
Describe Yourself:
Grandparent
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Bought this stroller for my grandchildren.
Has been great for pavement and also for unpaved areas. Because it is a tandem, there is not a problem with it being too wide for sidewalks or aisles. Big sister loves the reversible seat. She can look at what is going on around her, or she can sit facing her baby brother and talk to him. The stroller is a little heavy, but we expected that because it will be carrying two children. We did lots of research before buying, and have been delighted with our choice.

Great Item
By SaraVerified Purchaser from Wyoming on 5/9/2008
Pros:
Durable, Easily Stowed, Easy to Set Up
Cons:
It's heavy
Best Uses:
Infants, Toddlers
Describe Yourself:
Child Care Professional
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

The only con I have about it, is that it's heavy. Other than that, I love how the front seat turns so they can face each other, the back seat lays down, so when they fall asleep you aren't having to hold their head. Nice big basket underneath. It's easy to get out. It's a little more difficult to put away than to get out, you have to make sure the wheels are facing the right way. But I way LOVE this stroller. If you are looking to buy a double stroller, this is the one. Great price, great deal.

Not Worth It!!!
By mother of twins from Minnesota on 1/15/2008
Cons:
Cumbersome, Few Features
Describe Yourself:
Parent of Multiples (Twins etc), Parent of Two or More Children
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I would definitely say that this was the worst stroller that we have ever purchased online. I don't know what other people see in this stroller, but it was horrible. I would not waste my money on this product. The back seat doesn't recline at all and it was very hard to get my kids in and out of it. It was also very big and hard to fold down. Do Not buy this stroller!!

Eddie Bauer Tandem
By Mr. Rohde from Michigan on 5/3/2007

I am so pleased that we waited to purchase a tandem stroller pending further research. I am pleased with this stroller to the point that I recommend this stroller to all that is in need of one. This is the most versatile stroller that I have found. It works out well that you have the option to turn the front seat 180 degrees so my boys can play together, yet my oldest can sit forward as well to enjoy the view. Yet it is a rather large stroller beacause of its nature, compared to the researched strollers this stroller is by far the most compact tandem. I have friends that have paid in the $800 range for tandems, only to be disappointed for not researching further after seeing our stroller. The larger wheels make any terrain accessible. Storage is very usable. I would recommend this unit to any parents with 2 children. As far as strength, I must admit that I (224 lbs) had to stand in the stroller to make sure my kids would be safe. The deflection ratio was nill. Keep upp te good work.
