We bought this system because it was number one safety rated and we were were expecting a 8 to 9 pound baby. We wanted a system that would last longer than the others. However, when our baby came 5 weeks early weighing in at 4.12 pounds the hospital made us do an oxygen test with the baby in the car seat to make sure it was safe to use due to his size. It passed with flying colors! Our baby sits comfortably even being so small. I highly recomend this system. The stroller is also wonderful. It is so easy to use and stear.

Haven't had our baby yet so we haven't used the stroller or carseat, but it's super-easy to assemble and appears very sturdy. Took me less than an hour to snap all the parts together and read all the manuals to discover all the features. Only two cons right now: it's heavy (hence its sturdiness) and the storage basket has an inconveniently narrow opening when the stroller seat is fully reclined, as it must be to insert the carseat within the stroller (when used with the seat up as a regular stroller, this is not an issue). Bottom line, this system is an excellent value for the price! Looks sharp, seems supremely safe and durable.
