I love these adapters. They work with all the Maxi Cosi carseats. I use mine with the Cabrio. You install the adapters on to the carseat and can leave them on. Doing this won't work however if you have the in car base for the Cabrio. I don't have the base so I leave mine on all the time. The carseat just plugs right onto the bugaboo chassis. I wish I had them from day one!
They are great for travel as you don't have to bring the bugaboo seat and a carseat you can just bring the carseat and the adapters and then you have both.
The only problem I have is that the bottom of the adapters that click into the bugaboo are a bit pokey and could hurt if you are not careful.
