Came with a minor scratch to one of the drawer fronts - but other than that it was perfect. Storkcraft would replace the front free of charge - but I didn't even bother with it. The only other downside is that it takes awhile to install.
We are very happy with this changing table/dresser. It was easy for my husband to assemble, except the drawer rails needed to be adjusted a bit so that they roll really easily. I like the cognac color, it matches well with other brown oak furniture accessories.
I bought this for my son and daughter-in-law. They had their first child on Nov 2, and the chest meets their needs exactly. I personally liked the free shipping and it arrived in pristine condition.
