the product was packed well, but important drawer parts were missing which renders the dresser useless!!!!!!!!!!! The dresser is not designed very well, it's very flimsy and needs to be reinforced....

Took four hours just to build the frame. Half the pieces don't have screw holes, so when you screw them together, they tend to go on crooked. At least the instructions were clear.

The dresser is so great! We put it together in about 2 hours time. We purchased the Lauren Combo dresser too so this was our second one to put together so it went pretty easy. Be careful with screwing things in, some of the screw got stripped. Be gentle. There is sooooo much space we do not even need the last drawer! LOVE THAT! Enjoy it, it is worth the purchase!
