Award-winning designer Rebecca Finell developed her first product while she was still a student in Arizona State University's industrial design program. For her junior studio project at ASU, Finell developed the Frog Pod, which won the Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association Student Design Competition.
Finell expanded her work to create Boon, a modern line of children’s products with a sophisticated sense of style, designing objects that "I would want to put in my house," as Finell, a mother of two, puts it.
The second step in utensils by Boon is ModWare. ModWare utensils are perfect for toddlers who are ready to graduate from Benders, but who are not quite ready for adult tableware. The ergonomic design has no sharp edges and the handles are designed with a soft, comfortable grip. Boon ModWare, created to assist feeding as children grow.
